Biscuit Cake with Cream and Chocolate

Potatoes with Meatballs And Cheese 🤤🤯​

Ingredients:

On the Work Plan:

For the Meat:

  • 1 shallot 🧅

  • 25 g parsley 🌿

  • 500 g ground meat 🥩

  • 1 egg 🥚

  • 100 g Parmesan cheese 🧀

  • Salt 🧂

  • Pepper 🌱

  • 1 slice of bread 🍞

  • 150 g diced cheese 🧀

For the Potatoes:

  • 1 kg potatoes 🥔

  • Salt 🧂

  • 4 slices bacon 🥓

Also:

  • Flour 🌾

  • Eggs 🥚

  • Panko breadcrumbs 🍞


Preparation:

  1. Prepare the Meat Mixture:

    • Cut the parsley and shallot into small pieces and mix them with the minced meat, egg, Parmesan, and crumbled bread. 🧅🌿🍞

    • Season the mixture with salt & pepper. 🧂🌱

  2. Form the Meatballs:

    • Squeeze some of the ground meat into the palm of your hand and place a cheese cube in the middle. 🧀

    • Wrap the cheese cube completely with the ground meat and form a meatball. 🍖

  3. Prepare the Potatoes:

    • Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. 🥔🧂

    • Meanwhile, fry the bacon on both sides in a pan and cut it into small pieces. 🥓

    • Mash the potatoes and mix them with the bacon. 🥔🥓

  4. Stuff the Potato Mixture:

    • Squeeze some of the potato mixture into your palm and place a meatball in the middle. 🥔🍖

    • Completely cover the meatball with the potato mixture and roll it into a ball. 🔄

  5. Coat the Potato Balls:

    • Roll the potato ball in the flour, then dip it in the beaten egg 🥚, and finally coat it in the panko breadcrumbs. 🍞

  6. Fry the Balls:

    • Fry the balls until they’re golden brown. 🍳✨
